This is post sanction monitoring activity once the bank has decided to sanction the credit facilities for the project the focus shifts to the implementation of the project in manners & terms as given in sanction. This is where we step in as the LIE and monitor the implementation of the project on a periodical basis

and advise the bank about the physical & financial status, adequacy of promoters margins viz. release of credit facilities, utilization of projects funds, clearance & compliance other terms & condition. It is tool in hand of lending institution to monitor the project progress & other compliances & deviation if any known to Lenders.
