He is Bachelor in Civil Engineering (batch of 1984) with experience of nearly three decades. He is registered with following prime institutions of the country :
- Institution of Valuers, Delhi
- Registered as Valuer U/s 34 AB of Wealth Tax Act 1957.
He is Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Branch having experience of over 25 years. He is recognized by Chief Controller of Explosive Government of India, Nagpur since 1992 and is a Member of Prime Institution of the Country.

He retired as Dy. General Manager from Central Bank of India. During his tenure with the Bank he shouldered various responsibilities from grass root level of Banks function i.e. Branches and Bank's administrative offices to the rank of senior scale officer administering zonal level office of the organisation.
Worked in India's Premier Bank for 35 years and retired from Top Executive Grade. Has vast experience in corporate and retail credit, international banking etc.. During his tenure with the Bank he shouldered various responsibilities of Banks function i.e. Branches, Overseas Branches and Bank's administrative offices.
He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has an overall experience of over 12 years in audit & finance with a deep knowledge of various industries/sectors.

Statutory Audits, Taxation Services (direct & indirect), Bank audits, Financial advisory including project financing, due diligence, business and asset valuation, corporate restructuring, business planning and organization, etc.. He is also a registered Insolvency Professional with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India w.e.f 10.08.2017.
Presently, he is presently working as senior partner in one of the leading Chartered Accountant's firm.
He is a Chartered Accountant having experience of over 20 years in the field of Financial Analysis, Documents Verifications and Corporate & Banking Laws specialization in the taxation field (both Direct & Indirect Tax). Presently, he is presently working as partner in a renowned Chartered Accountant's firm.
