SHRI ANAND SHARMA (B.E.-Civil)

He is Bachelor in Civil Engineering (batch of 1984) with experience of nearly three decades. He is registered with following prime institutions of the country :

  • Institution of Valuers, Delhi
  • Registered as Valuer U/s 34 AB of Wealth Tax Act 1957.
  • Registered as IBBI Valuer under Land & Building as per section 247 of the companies Act. 2013
In addition to the above he is also one of the leading 'A' category listed contractor in the Chhattisgarh state PWD department and therefore, is leading civil consultant.

SHRI A.N. AGRAWAL (B.E.-Mech.)

He is Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Branch having experience of over 30 years. He is recognized by Chief Controller of Explosive Government of India, Nagpur since 1992 and is a Member of Prime Institution of the Country.

SHRI GULAB CHANDRA KEDIA (F.C.A.)

  • He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
  • He has an overall experience of over 19 years in audit & finance with a deep knowledge of various industries/sectors.

MR. PADAM SHUKLA (A.C.A.)

  • He is an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
  • He has an overall experience of over 5 years in audit & finance with knowledge of various industries/sectors.
  • He is a certified Fraud Audit & Fraud Detector (FAFD) member of ICAI.

MR. SANDEEP KHAITAN

  • He is a Commerce Graduate qualified as Masters in Business Administrations (Finance).
  • He has been into the field of Finance since past 15 years has been serving various profiles of advances including Retail & Corporates, etc.

Statutory Audits, Taxation Services (direct & indirect), Bank audits, Financial advisory including project financing, due diligence, business and asset valuation, corporate restructuring, business planning and organization, etc.. He is also a registered Insolvency Professional with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India w.e.f 10.08.2017.

Presently, he is presently working as senior partner in one of the leading Chartered Accountant's firm.

SHRI RAMANDEEP SINGH BHATIA, CA :

He is a Chartered Accountant having experience of over 20 years in the field of Financial Analysis, Documents Verifications and Corporate & Banking Laws specialization in the taxation field (both Direct & Indirect Tax). Presently, he is presently working as partner in a renowned Chartered Accountant's firm.

SHRI DALJEET SINGH SAIMBHI :

He is Bachelor of Engineering in Civil branch with nearly three decades of experience. He has worked and shouldered many responsibilities as engineer under various designations in his respective field. At present he is providing his valuable services as when required in his expertise areas.

SHRI BHOPINDER SINGH WALIA :

He is Bachelor of Engineering in Civil branch with more than 20 years' experience in steel sector. He has worked and shouldered many responsibilities as engineer under various designations in his respective field. At present he is providing his valuable services as when required in his expertise areas.

Apart from the above professionals the company has a Pool of experienced professionals with experience in various fields for smooth execution of the assignments.

We are having team of graduate engineers, trainees of mechanical & civil branch to assist in preparation and execution of technical reports i.e. valuation of assets, LIE & TEV Assignment.
